Realtor by trade, Florida resident by luck and grace.  So glad to be here and appreciate it every day.  Especially in January and February but let’s move past the “rubbing it in” part.

After 15 years in the Florida residential real estate business I am very fortunate.  My personal and corporate customer base is extensive.   Experience (old age?) has its perks and my customers find that I’m usually on the mark with my advice and knowledge about our local market.  My customers also teach me something new every day!

My blog will reflect my thoughts and opinions about the market we’re experiencing at any given time.  Any feedback or commentary will be appreciated.  I hope that my comments will contribute in a positive way to buyers and sellers of Florida Real Estate.
