  10. Install electronic registered key lockbox to facilitate showings
  11. Provide worldwide exposure various real estate internet sites
  12. Showcase property to qualified corporate relocation buyers
  13. Personally respond to all ad and sign inquiries
  14. Promote property to other realtors, MLS, board and other meetings

  16. Prepare professional flyers for distribution to prospects and other agents
