  • Married to Jim Maxner and envious of his retirement from a successful career at Harris Corporation. Bossing Jim around keeps me pretty busy but someone has to do it...
  • Lots of grandkids, three greats, (I'm really too young), "favorite" nieces and nephews.

Past Lives:

  • Raised all over the East Coast and moving every two years while growing up probably contributed to my real estate career abilities. Buying and selling houses just feels normal! Experiences in Washington DC, Atlanta, the Carolinas, Kansas City, Miami, the Canal Zone, and so many other cities have helped me to relate to families moving to Brevard from all over the world.
  • Former careers include 15 years with Northwest Airlines in agency and commercial sales — this corporate experience had a tremendous influence on my work with local corporations in employee relocation. Add a few exciting years as a high school teacher — Real Estate is more fun.

  5. Recommend needed repairs or touch-ups
  6. Complete all listing information; provide copies of all documents to seller
  7. Digitally photograph exterior and appropriate interior scenes for marketing purposes
  8. Submit listing and photographs to Multiple Listing Service making detailed information about the property available to over 1,800 cooperating real estate professionals
  9. Install appropriate "For Sale" yard sign and feature riders
